Imagine if you were driving down the road and couldn’t read road signs, or your son came home from school and you couldn’t help him with his homework, or you wanted a cup of coffee and couldn’t ask for it correctly when you entered Dunkin Donuts.  These are common situations for our students.

Thank you to SO many of you who took the time to donate yesterday.  We have 27 gifts and have raised $1,800. 
But, we are only 1/2 way there. 

Can you help us reach our goal of 50 gifts? 

Did you know the Literacy Center of Milford does not receive federal or state funding?  We support our FREE programs through the generous support from people like YOU! 

A $25 donation will buy a student a book.

A $50 donation will provide books to two of our pre school classes.

A $100 donation will provide books for our Books for Babies program for one month.

A $150 donation will support computer supplies for students.

A $300 donation will support the Tutor Training Program.

A $500 donation will provide two continuing education classes for tutors.

Consider helping those who cannot read or speak the English language today.
